Lodging:
A modest hotel room is preferred if the church is outside a reasonable driving distance from Fred's home, preventing him from returning daily.
Financial Considerations:
Fred's financial requests are flexible and can be customized to your budget:
- • A Stipend: Agreed upon in advance to cover travel and basic needs.
- • A Love Offering: Collected during the event, with an option for traveling expenses to be covered if possible.
- • Resource Table: Fred kindly requests permission to set up a table near the foyer or lobby to offer his published materials.
Sound Equipment:
Fred is adaptable and can utilize your existing audio sound equipment. For musical portions, background tracks will be provided on a USB thumb drive. Alternatively, Fred can bring and set up his own sound equipment if needed.
